      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for learning, High Ownership and very very helpful and talented folks. And got a Macbook Pro :) My interview has been like a friendly chat to begin with, didn't really feel like an interview and the onboarding process was very smooth giving enough time to settle in while learning about the products. There are confluence pages which are open to everyone and they have all information going to the very minute detail about various projects in the past and present which is also a great way to learn and maintains transparency across the org.

      Cons

      Can't think of any now. Probably using outlook as the email application is one, if you could call it that. But the upside of this is that we have access to Office 365.

      Pros

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Cons

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
