      - Impactful Projects and Use cases - Great people to work with - Company with strong Data Science practice and supportive management in India & Germany - Provides great Work Life balance - Competitive Pay

      Cons

      - Company still figuring out its Strategy with respect to their mobile apps leading to changes in Project roadmap as late as in execution phase. - Pay structure can be tweaked a little to enable more tax saving - Option to purchase stock through ESPP (as bonus is provided in lieu of ESOPs)
