      Generally well-intentioned people who want to push the company forward. Leadership leads with good values.

      Cons

      By nature, the product/company is always on and work-life balance is hard to achieve. Lots of burn out without any long-term solutions.

      Pros

      Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
