      - Hard to get large corporate on board considering MS Teams has instant distribution and even though its not a good product many companies perceive as it as good enough

      Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
