Pros
I am proud of the environmental status of our new One York office building -- just wish they would fix the temperature issue. The agile environment and work-life balance culture is also a plus.
Cons
In corporate communications one of our priorities is to promote diversity and inclusion, but our own department does not practice it. Our team is not diverse or inclusive. One AVP is the female-Trump of Sun Life. Anyone who differs from her, she attacks and fires. This does not create an inclusive environment. I've witnessed another AVP repeatedly bully and bring colleagues to tears. We've watched this happen to so many talented people.
