      none! well, flexible work hour, it is not even consider as a job, you are self employeed

      Cons

      spend tons of time and money getting the license, then they throw you to sell insurance, manager create his sales bonus by reuiting you selling to your friends and family. pay less than brokers, and benefits really bad.
