Toxic work environment, secrecy, and micromanagement - Anonymous employee TD Employee Review

It's one of the most hostile, toxic work environments that I've ever worked in. Management bullies and talks down to employees, and prefers passive aggression instead of properly coaching mentoring, and developing their employees. They also like to give you the not-so-thinly "lay off" threat to keep employees in line. People don't stick around for very long, and only seem to be interested in working just as long as they have to to get the experience, and move on. TD Bank is fine, but TD Securities (where I was) is a terrible place to work. Avoid.
