      AMSB - you make your own hours, set your own schedule, so its very flexible. Goals are not overwhelming and allows you to focus on business development.

      Cons

      Branch staff do not understand the role of the AMSB and tend to push all business banking admin to the AMSB instead of handling it themselves.
