      Salary & benefits and that's about it(similar to same Positions in other institutions btw)

      Cons

      Everything else , Management is all mixed up Never listen to suggestions Have an answer for everything you don't agree with . It's brainwashing at it's best. Sales quotas are pushed so much that it literally makes you try to sell anything to anyone
