( if you stay more than 2 years) very nice peers to work with very thorough training for someone who actually wants to learn more about the banking world very competitive salary This is the place where you learn and DIP, you don't want to stay in this department for over 15 months, period.

the department is poorly managed a very selfish management team extremely poor career progression Have to make sure make sure to keep a great relationship with your direct report, anywhere you go apparently you need your manager's full support, not your performance.
