      Awesome benefits, friendly management, great pay, great work/life balance

      Cons

      Used to not have call centre feel but we have expanded so much that due to high employee count it is a call centre. No longer a face but a number now. Personal feel is definitely gone. Used to have to jump through hoops and would take years to advance to team manager but they are giving management positions to NEW hires!
