TD is a comfortable place to work later in your career, but does not always provide the challenge that many are looking for early in their career. - Processes and technology hinder your ability to deliver outstanding service to clients and be efficient. Far too much time is spent consuming performing administrative/repetitive tasks that could easily be automated. By extension, unnecessarily complicated processes are frustrating and impact client experience. - High turnover has resulted in some people managers moving into their role out of tenure and necessity rather than quality of work / ability. Where this is the case, there is knowledge, but not leadership. - "Work-life balance as long as it is outside of business hours." One can work on unpaid overtime extensively, but it will not be considered for flex time.
