Pros
Great corporate culture. It is extremely easy to sell the company to customers. The work atmosphere is often fun and low-stress. Great schedule to work with for college-students and those looking for a second job.
Cons
There isn't always great communication between upper/mid-management and employees. Sometimes there is a lack of a meritocracy and promises are not kept. Some decisions lack fairness.
