Pros
Excellent training. Learning and Development is very capable. Great underwriting team with a lot of solid knowledge and excellent resources.
Cons
part time brokers might sound cost effective but the lack of accountability taken for their jobs is messy and expensive as well as demoralizing for professionals. Sloppy work and ethics cost more than money in the end..they cost the team time and sales. There are some good tms who spend time prepping and pushing for the development of others however opps are given to unqualified friends and family.
