      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, diverse staff, pay is so so, benefits are good though. Lots of life skills to be learned here. good place for some insurance experience.

      Cons

      management is all over the place, many of them have no idea what their staff's job actually entails or just forgot. some of them lack ambition themselves hence no effort in "bettering" themselves or their employees.
