      - Work-Life balance is incredible - Colleagues are relatively curious and talented - Full Remote is still available

      Cons

      - Managers stifle innovation - A lot of fire fighting and manual intervention from devs - Lack of infrastructure and tools for CI/CD and general quality of life for devs - Little to no career progression as a individual contributor
