Pros
Benefits are pretty good and alot of my co-workers were amazing.
Cons
Management is extremely unprofessional, they will coach you out. Basically, they'll bully you, add a ton of pressure until you finally crack and leave. Managers are passive aggressive and are the equivalent of working with teenagers who have an attitude problem. They don't listen to their employees, they talk behind your back, they single you out and will humiliate you when they have the chance, they do not care if you're frustrated with the system, training is awful and teaches you nothing. Managers do not help you except for maybe two of them. You go in confident and mentally great, but come out with extreme anxiety, panic attacks and shredded confidence. I regret ever working in this department. It's embarrassing how awful they are.
