Pros

Good co-workers You will get to learn about good financial habits You will learn how to not be cruel to people You will respect other people and treat them with empathy

Cons

-People are leaving the company in droves. -Branches are being understaffed, goals are raised almost without rhyme or reason to a point of guaranteed failure. -It is a business and employees are its greatest overhead. This won't be said, but will be seen by the systematic changes in staffing, technology, and management policies. -ALL new hires are part time. I have seen full times become part time. If it was possible everyone would be no-time. - I have seen some great talent and wonderful people work here. But I cannot count on one hand how many of them have stayed with the company after more than a year or so. -The brand attracts the good staff, but reality eventually drives them off. -Please do not waste any time here. There are wonderful/talented and educated people who can use your abilities to grow their business and do worthwhile work in this economy. YOU will be suprised.

Pros

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy

Cons

The only way I could do this would probably take about two 2️⃣ hours or less of a break and a few
