It’s pretty meh - Communications Associate TD Employee Review

Where do I start? TD has a reputation for being the “Slytherin” of Canadian banks, not just because it’s green. my boss has tried to throw me under the bus before for something that wasn’t even my fault because they do not like me. In such a large company, people are constantly in and out the door, so processes fall apart and lots of time is constantly spent re training and on-boarding people. imagine if they just paid a better salary what they could do! The internal team I am apart of lacks leadership and direction.
