Pros
Great work environment of dedicated peers. Flexible work options allow for better work/life balance.
Cons
New CEO seems bent on cost reduction through layoffs rather than normal attrition, shedding so much experience and knowlege will hurt the organization not to mention the one time charges for the layoffs...bonehead move. Limited growth in salary if you are happy with the job you are in. Difficult to move up levels unless you are a "Yes" Person and do exactly what leadership wants without question.
