      Toxic management (especially upper), HR that does not care about you at all, very bad work conditions and salaries, even if sth is done it is done bad

      Flexible, but that’s about it.

      Cons

      They’re incompetent and training is vague/lukewarm. Half of the work you do will be inconsistent and unstable or a waste of time bc they have technical issues all the time. I am writing this out of anger, so please excuse any typos.
