Pros
Very diverse culture where everyone is respected for there differences. There are a lot of amazing people that work here. The give back to the community is amazing. They training programs for leadership are great and they continue with the leadership training as you grow.
Cons
There is a lot of favoritism that goes on. People get promoted based off of this putting people in leadership roles that shouldn't be there. A lot of leadership does not perform their basic job function and the workload gets put on the few that do with no repercussions for those that don't. If you cause any waves by reporting issues of harassment and mismanagement, there is retaliation with no protection from HR. When you are in leadership, the mentality is you are salary and you work 24/7. It doesn't matter what hours you are scheduled to work, you are expected to respond to everything immediately, even if you work nights and sleep in the day. You are also expected to work on multiple projects in addition to your primary responsibilities with no consideration for work life balance. Taking PTO is almost impossible when you are in leadership.
