there are no pros to working at telus, stay away

the workload is inhumane; there's no chance for advancement or self-development; unless you suck up to your supervisors; IT maintenance is terrible and there are issues almost everyday; they cut down on your 60 leva food vouchers if you don't work a full month; the management and team leaders are extremely incompetent (usually mid-life crisis, low-level, former customer support agents) for most projects; they pay you on the fifth business day of every month, meaning you may run late on your bills at certain months; the company promises fruits once a week, but we haven't seen fruits in 2 years
