Pros
It is an interesting role, the tasks require strong analytical thinking skills. Some tasks are way more stimulating than others, especially if you like to dig data and retrieve patterns. There is no stress, deadlines are flexible and there is plenty of time for each task. Quality of the work is more valued than the quantity. The communication culture is great (except the HR team). Both the team and team leads are helpful. Everyone is kind and pretty open in their communication.
Cons
Absolutely no room for growth, promotion or even salary revisions. No matter how good you are in your job, or how many years of experience you have in the company, there is no opportunity for you to get a promotion, or even discuss a salary raise. Considering the high rates of inflation in Spain, your salary practically decreases constantly. Good work is not awarded/encouraged or acknowledged in any way that I can see. So, good employees tend to leave the company after a few years, there is always a circulation of the employees. The international HR team (the recruitment team) is a complete disaster. Even if you are a newcomer or an experienced worker in the company, they may reply or not reply to you on any matter, they often do not notice you on important issues, even if they are related to you. This makes employees feel worthless. Also, they seem to be pretty random in their recruitment processes.
