Pros
Work life balance is good. Does not ask employees to complete their standard working hours, only they are concerned about the work, do it somehow off office hours or on office hours doesn't matter. They won't lie to you about the deadline to create pressurising situations. If one is clear about the deadline and the work then one can easily manage to deliver good work. Team is very responsive and helpful. No use of disrespectful language. No one took advantage of one's position and seniority. Managers are always helpful(at least my manager). They count Friday and Monday leave together only as 2 which is impressive.
Cons
HR department is lame. They will write you an email then ok it is done from their end. You ask anything or you have any concern you are on your own. Regarding the work if they need your help or they have any questions which can wait but seniors don't wait. They can call you even at 3 AM in the morning. They will ask politely and will appreciate it but it is annoying. They come through the managers, manager denies them straight away(considering the work life balance) but then they will come directly to you. If you responded manager gets mad and if you don't you cannot sleep because they have put a doubt in your head. In both the cases your sleep gets disturbed.
