Pros

- nice corporate design with colours/nature design (animals, eco colours etc) - very nice presentation on the job descriptions and appealing "pros" - nice and engaging promises - being a huge worldwide company means positive thing - 32days holidays per year, blocks of 7 days + 4 days (what contact center bargain says) - Diversity & Inclusion as this is trendy - no dress code (at all, really.. you can come to work as you wish) - FREE SNACKS ALLOWANCE (*beware this means all and nothing) - free Coffee (wow!....) - (a bit) higher salaries (well up to a certian point)

Cons

- nothing much else than nice colourful/nature design - promises never held - deceptive actions that are against wellbeing of employees - they read local laws with their own and unique understanding, thus inventing new and stupidiest rules - 32days holidays per year, blocks of 7 days + 4 days, but VERY CHALLENGING to actually enjoy these deserved days - having to stand the no dress code from some workers (please....) - just some free fruits IF YOU LUCKY to arrive fast enough to have one, THEN, it's forbidden to eat it (yep...) - yep, coffee is free but this will be the cheapest noname erzatz-cofee made on a disgusting cheap coffee machine - HUGE SALARY DISCREPANCY between different workers doing THE SAME JOB (few thousand euros per year... yep...)

Pros

Company culture is very relaxed and laid back. The people who work here build some of the best products for the biggest clients in the world. Bar-none, I’ve never worked with more intelligent and passionate people ever. There is pride in efficiency, quality, and so much more.

Cons

Management is very… out of touch? Not at their own fault to be clear, but out of business processes. It’s difficult for them to grow and promote employees because they’re constantly shifted from one team to the next. The pay is “Meh” at best, and nowhere near the industry standard, but it is safe.
