Pros
This is not just one company but several companies that prides itself of internal and external customer service. The benifts are amazing, the deals provided are perfect for our current economy, company provides food for associates in the break room weekly, mobility is not limited, they always look to promote from within the company.
Cons
As a manager there is no work/life balance. I am always at work and never spend time with my kids. The company pays us 40 hrs salaried nut the manager schdules us 50+ and of course that doesnt have overtime.
