TK Elevator is a company where people are motivated and happy to work . Very helpful

Nothing as such, all seems to be good

Casual dress environment, not micro managed

Lack of training and direction, lack of support, lack of culture, lack of collaboration. They just posted my old position and used a job description that doesn't even describe the actual job duties and left out one of the most important things they want you to do which is answering incoming branch calls, which are usually upset customers!!
