Pros
TKE is a very good company overall. Great compensation and benefits. TKE will promote people into management that don't have a college degree, unlike its competitors. Earning potential can be high in the Las Vegas market. Work is challenging and fast paced.
Cons
This review only applies to the Las Vegas branch office. Current upper management rules by fear, intimidation and doubt. Violations of key policies are often kept below the radar and proper protocols are ignored! Personnel are treated with very little respect from current upper management and also publicly insulted and threatened in group meeting settings. The atmosphere in the office is threatening and full of tension (even screaming) but only when upper management isn't out playing golf, gambling or at a strip club during office hours. The morale of management and other personnel in this branch is at rock bottom.
