Health insurance, 401k, vacation time, sick time, floating holidays and weekends off.
Cons
Unless you are 100% COVID immunized, they doc your pay an extra $100 on top of your bi-weekly premium payment for healthcare coverage. Pay rate is stagnant. Benefits are hum-drum (nothing really special or significant). Position could be a work from home but upper management requires an in office presence. Turnover rate causes consistency issues within different departments.
