Remote position but unprofessional and untrustworthy employer - Customer Service TP Employee Review

Pros

The only pro was this was a remote position.

Cons

I worked for this employer through senture of London ky for a very short period of time. 2-3 weeks in 2025. I returned the equipment to the London office within 7 days of leaving this employer. They are now sending me emails stating I never returned the equipment. I signed forms in the building, was on camera, and an employee checked to make sure everything was there. Now threatening to charge me for the equipment or send it to collections. How can it return what I've already returned? Should be able to locate the paperwork or equipment my serial number. So do not work for this company, unprofessional, underpaid, and you will be harassed like you are thief when they can not properly keep track of things.

Pros

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
