Pros

In the past there were a lot of team competitions..Not so much anymore.. At times unlimited overtime!!! BUrt who wants to be cursed out all day by customers???? This is a gig for ENTRY LEVEL ONLY

Cons

Teleperformance is a third company. The headquarters are out of France.LOWPAY....The Cap is 13 bucks.. So after I had been working there for 7 years I still only make 13.00..There is no sick leave at all..You have to work with them for 4 years before you can accumulate atleast 64 hrs benefit time

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
