Pros

Nice office. 8-5 Monday to Friday No Stress. Great product, great possibility to learn but only by yourself because nobody knows, tries or wants to know anything.

Cons

Everything. 1) Worst Managers in the world : Most of them have High School Diploma and 0 succesful management experience, you can meet them drunk at the bar nearby the office every Friday evening. Extremely incompetent supervisors, nobody comes from a related environment most of them used to serve dishes in restaurants before or something alike. You do not have 1 team leader who would be able to sell a bottle of water in the desert or teach anything to a kid. 0 Product knowledge, 0 Skills, 0 attitude, 0 everything. In most cases you have people with Masters and skills working as agents and people without education or knowledge leading the project. 2) Communication is very present: Every single day they tell you one thing and the next day it's completely the opposit. 3) Turnover like never seen before: People come and go like rain in London. The smartest ones leave the company within 2 months or get kicked out because they have ambitions, the worst randomly promoted. 4)Recruitment : You will be working the least skilled people in the market, without any knowledge, ambition or curiosity to grow. Some new hires who passed the training arrived to the floor from their home countries and the same morning sent to other departments for mistakes of the recruitment office. 5) Salary - Given accordingly to your nationality. Basically if you are the best performer in the company and you're from an Eastern or Southern EU country you will never make as much as the worst performer of the floor if he is from Scandinavia. The product is amazing you can really learn lots and make a jump in your career but it will be hardly possible because nobody knows anything and they will do everything not to let you learn. If you are looking for a place where to grow don't go there. Consider it only if you cant find anything and take into consideration that it can end any moment

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
