Pros

In the period of training like product orientation and English communication, you will get familiarized with the American culture. You will learn the abbreviation of the states. And, the way how you communicate with the Americans by calling them their first name. During the product orientation, you would be enhanced to use the apps. So in the on hands training in the production, you would not be disoriented while doing your job.

Cons

On the second product orientation training, it is called the upgrade. In my case is the trainer has strict rules like no notebooks would be used to take down notes. So, there are different types of learner, and different types of adaptation during the training period. So, it is very hard to adjust from that type of situation. So either the trainee would decide to flee or to fight ahead for the success of his career goal.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
