Pros

Good first job for young people, with no experience and willing to live abroad for some months. Good relocation package Good salary comparing to the wage salary in Greece and the other companies Payments are always in time except for the bonus that depends on the manager Help with bureaucracy I recommend this job for people who want to travel and spend some time in the beautiful Greece, enjoy the company parties.

Cons

An employee is just a number for the company. From outside it's the best place to work and from inside it is rotten so try not to get too much committed and involved. Not a trustable company since you can get fired in a blink of an eye and if the manager has some humanity, he will give you the chance to move to another department but it's unlikely because he needs to put a good reason why he doesn't need you anymore. Everything is stressful especially after spending a 6 to 8 months. Don't expect that you will get your bonus easly. No major prospects of career and especially no salary advancements You will have contracts of 1 to 6 months rarely one year. They prefer to force you to do exhausting over time than hire employees and if you don't do it you will get fired as soon as possible (you're not a team player they say and they don't care if they're not) Regarding Promotions choices or decisions are based on a subjective - preference or connection, rather the once with high potentials or good performance. I don't recommend this job for people who want's to make a professional career, it's a waste of time.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
