Pros

- Always pay on time - Good working atmosphere and colleagues - Management can be flexible to your life's needs, when reasonable - Provides training to what you will be doing - If you have the soft and hard skills, it is pretty much easy to do - Maastricht is a beautiful city, with an excellent transportation system, that can connect you to pretty much anywhere. Ryan air flies from the local airport

Cons

- Below average Industry salaries - You get training when you start a project or change to a new one. Refreshing or new skill training is often talked by management but I never saw it happen - Very little opportunities for career advancement, specially if you are a foreigner - The previous point can lead to feeling to be stuck in a rut, since you are not learning new skills and it is repetitive work - Salaries are pretty much frozen, and even some perks are being taking away - It's call center work

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
