Pros

I truly enjoined my time at teleperformance. Most supervisors were great and would help you out when needed. The company takes good care of its employees. The office space was very nice and I was respected by my coworkers.

Cons

I think one of the biggest problem was training. Training was not sufficient and trainers didn't really know what they were talking about. Many people were completely lost once they started taking live calls and would quit soon after. If you give it time, once you get the hang of it its a pretty good job.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
