Pros

Two 15 minute breaks so you can take care of payroll and licensing type issues.

Cons

Warning!! This job should come with a disclaimer like cigarettes, " This company will be bad for you health" Poor Equipment, sometimes never fixed Very poor and unorganized training No HR support and you sink or swim Very little communication from managers for days on end You will be frustrated all the time A new work from home concept of Ghosting is rampant Very highly qualified agents and employees just disappear Take my word, and you will thank me a thousand times to avoid this company. You WILL most likely have payroll issues. Very Poor Benefits, if any. You will work on projects with other large well known, successful companies, but make less, less benefits and poor management, might as well work for the "real" companies and make better money and benefits. Why drive a car with 3 wheels when you can have 4?

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
