I did seem like they had very strict policies during orientation, however, you feel comfortable after the first day. - Customer Service Representative - Tech Support TP Employee Review

Pros

Assessments were not difficult, interviews weren't long and were easy to go through, the supervisors and trainers made you feel at ease, lots of advancement opportunities, some good benefits within 90 days, management takes the opportunity to let you know of advancement opportunities

Cons

Training could have been more structured. Also could have used time during training to do more hands-on activities. The topics were also rushed through even though there was enough time to cover them.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
