Pros

Can't honestly think of any possitives if you compare their offers to literally any other company doing BPO/CC on the country i live.

Cons

Starting from the hiring process, it was a mess. I started with one offer for a role with a client, and ended up with a final offer almost half of the initial one, their excuse was that it was a different client. The hiring process took almost 3 months, when it was expected to take 2/3 weeks, the onboarding was chaotic and this was only the beggining. Once i started working on the project i was assigned to, i could easily see none of the senior managers had a clue of what they were doing. I was only able to stay on the company for half a year or i would of lost my sanity.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
