Pros

It's a good-paying good job. My supervisors tell me exactly what is expected of me and when it is expected in order to be in compliance. My paycheck shows up exactly when they say it's gonna show up. The interview process was hassle-free. They offer a full benefits package, I will say the medical insurance is ridiculously expensive but that is what our nation's healthcare marketplace is for. I get 40 hrs a week from home which is 1.50 an hour raise off the top when you figure in gas, wear and tear on the car, and lunch. I stay busy all day which makes time go by super fast. The company gives us not just the tools we need but the best tools they can give us to do our job. So far all facilitators have been super helpful and very professional. It's a good place to work. Thank you Teleperformance I'm happy to be a part of such a large family.

Cons

Expensive health ins. not a traditional mon though Friday work week usually.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
