Pros

None, they sent me a dead link that doesn't work, but my question is why is a tech support company of that size building its website with a page builder. The fonts, the colors of the website just all poorly designed. Don't even view source and look at the code, you will have a heart attack its so bad.

Cons

The website is poorly designed, and the communication links don't work, They sent an assessment, and it doesn't work in opera, chrome over Firefox and there are no instructions on which browser it would work best in. I did get logged in at one point but their system is so slow at checking my system it timed out over four hours, that is on their system not mine and it's not my internet I have gigabyte service, so I can have 500 windows open and watch six videos at once. Mind you I have a Four a thousand dollar system that 5.0 ghz 64gb of ram and over 6tb of hard drive space dual 4k monitors and a 8gb graphics card - i-9 quad-core I also have a MacBook Pro bought in 2020 and a laptop and an additional computer with similar specs none of which could log in. Maybe they should use belarc it's free, and maybe they should find someone who knows how to build web applications that actually work.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
