Pros

Now the good part is the pay is a bit competitive and because it's only twice a month you feel like you're getting paid more. They also do have a bonus but as soon as you are bonusing correctly they will change the structure of the bonus so that it's more difficult for you to reach the bonus This is a common practice among call centers tech support jobs. That was my experience.

Cons

If you have a disability issue as an employee with teleperformance, and you provide notes from your medical doctor. I feel like I wasn't believed it was even a joke made in the chat about people providing false medical letters while I was talking with a supervisor about submitting medical letter the HR was slow and unresponsive. You will get many referrals to someone else as you go down the path towards getting your issue resolved or taken care of meaning that they are going to be out of the office. Your emails will bounce back and so forth. It appears that each time that it's time for a new shift bid, they will then act as though they don't have the previous letters from your medical doctor. Thus, forcing you to resubmit for this information or this accommodation each new pay period they are difficult to deal with and if you say that you are in pain or having some serious issues on the job due to your lack of medical accommodation, they will ignore you. Furthermore, let me tell you in advance that the EEOC does not investigate these items well enough to properly assist you. They will not look into detail such as this. So make well-informed decisions before you associate yourself with companies such as this, I find that it happens more with customer service or large call center type of employment. Don't miss out on the job but no in advance that this is the game they play. I would tell anybody get a lawyer before you get a job.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
