Pros

The pay is decent they wouldn't go over $13

- Training was short - Disorganized management - Overstaffed employees Overall save yourself time from applying the first project I was on was overstaffed and after two months of training, we didn't even get to nesting before the client pulled from Teleperformance while the managers were giving us the run-around and not letting us know what was going on with our positions. took them a whole month to find us a new project to put all of us on. For the next project, I was on we only had 5 weeks to train plus we had to graduate into production even though most of us were still trying to get the concepts down. I was fired during my graduation period for not making my "goal", My supervisor fought to keep me on the project to no avail the higher-ups didn't want me there anymore, but apparently, i was considered re-hireable because I was such a "great employee". I don't know why i wasn't just re-assigned to another project...don't waste your time with this company.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
