Consistent schedule Challenging and rewarding work Knowledgeable upper management Room for growth and upward mobility Pay is decent

Cons

Culture. Most people there will say it's a bad company, but that's because they are all there for the wrong reasons. There's lots of gossip, childish antics, and a lot of people who aren't serious about being adults. Be careful not to mirror those kinds of people. It's great to make friends with them, because it makes work go by quicker, but understand that you are there for yourself and not them. Understand you are there to get paid and to move up the chain (if that is your goal). Working there will open doors for you, and you will learn a lot if you apply yourself and shy away from adopting the toxic mindset of everyone else who is there for the wrong reasons.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
