I was in a remote position. My supervisor was super young but also very comprehensive, and nice. My desktop was really fast. Payments were always on time and it was easy to earn bonuses.
Cons
Salary was a little under the market, still fine tho. Never found a real chance to grow my career.

👋🏻 Hi, thanks for your comment. We'll make sure to keep it in mind as we work to improve each of our services every day. ✍🏻 #LeadTheWay
For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.
Cons
Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
