Pros

We used to buy sick notes and go on vacation or rest at home. U get worked like a donkey for a measly salary Management get paid 4x even though they do nothing compared to the hard working agents.

Cons

Comparing tp environment to the current company im In , feels like i was working in a farm doing labor work in another planet. No work culture , no good treatment, no good salaries. Everyone had a mindset of lets hustle the company with what they consider fraud as we dont get paid enough for this, find bugs in system to block it to lessen the load, pull the ethernet cable and call it tech problem, everyone does whatever they have to survive.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
