As you surely know, we finally have a People Operations Team, that is working hard to set up all the main people processes to support our incredible growth.
We know the importance to improve communication between teams to make things smoother for everyone.
Our employees satisfaction is at the top of our priorities, so as we're working on attracting and nurturing talents, we are also focusing on set up guidelines to guarantee the right recognition to all the members of our crew.
