Pros
It's a very clean and decent workplace on the whole. If you just need some hourly work, it's very pleasant as far as retail goes. They're very big on cross-training so you can gain experience in a variety of fields and help keep you from being bored.
Cons
The promotional system is a pain, as you have to re-do the entire interview process with new managers from other stores for any leadership position. Additionally, raises are only given once annually, as opposed to on a more regular basis.
