      Great people to work with 10% discount Option of getting health, dental, and vision insurance with a minimum of 20 hours a week 401K with 5% company matching

      Cons

      Hours can sometimes plunge without warning Closing time can mean you get out right at 10pm (9pm on Sundays) or anywhere to 12am Pay could always be better

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
